For the Financial Lease and Lending facility we focus our protection products on three core things:

Ensuring creditor insurance limits provide a reasonable protection level for the institution and client to allow for timely disposition or transfer of the business without triggering a ‘fire-sale’ in case of a significant life changing event of the principal or principals of the business;
Ensuring the underwriting requirements are minimal, thus allowing for a simple yes/no declaration on the credit application and providing a seamless integration in both application and process for the broker which minimizes the ‘sales’ effort and maximizes close rates; AND
Ensuring the program has minimal administrative efforts and solid compensation for the broker.
